SAE flange is one of the main product lines of our factory. Details as below:

SAE Flanges are designed as per SAE J 518 C standards and ISO 6162 part 1 and ISO 6162-2, SAE Flanges can be Interchangeable. ​

The design for the SAE System calls for Forged Flanges to ASTM A 105 with Sleeves made from weldable material.

SAE Flanges can be divided to two main seires according to the pressure rating:

• 3000 psi standard pressure series designed according to standard ISO 6162-1, which is also known as code 61 flanges;
• 6000 psi high pressure series designed according to standard ISO 6162-2, which is also known as code 62 flanges.

Usually steel SAE Flanges are sealed with O ring . This O rings are Manufactured from NBR or Viton Rubber materials NBR - Shore 90 hardness ( standard) / Viton - 85 -90 Shore Hardness ( Option) ​

Size range: 1/4" to 5"

Materials: carbon steel SAE flanges, stainless steel SAE Flanges.
